Point your camera at a barcode. If the product isn't in the database, take a photo of the nutrition table on the pack: the numbers are filled in for you and the product is saved to your list.

Enter your goal, height, weight and how active a normal day is. You'll see how many calories you need and how much protein, fat and carbs. Change it whenever you like.

Plan your meals a few days ahead, and everything you need ends up on one shopping list, sorted by aisle.
Grains and pasta soak up water, so a single “per 100 g” figure doesn't tell you much. Weigh them whichever way is easier and MealArt does the conversion.

About 110 kcal per 100 g, but the exact figure depends on how much water the grains took in. Weighing it dry is more accurate: 343 kcal per 100 g, and MealArt works out the cooked dish for you.
About three times its dry weight: 100 g of dry rice gives roughly 300 g cooked. The calories stay the same, about 352.
